Grace Farm, Georgia
We are excited to be a part of the advancement and growth of Camp Grace and the Georgia Missions Project at Grace Farm. Freddie Coile (www.freddiecoile.org) has a burden and passion to reach the youth of America with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The Lord has blessed Freddie and his ministry with 48 acres in northeast GA and Grace Farm is taking shape. Freddie has asked if we would consider helping them to develop the property and assist in building the buildings as well as other structures on the property. This is “groundbreaking” work in a variety of ways. We invite you to join us in “connecting a solution to a ministry need”.
We will be assisting one of the Amor Viviente church’s in Honduras with the development of a new Sunday School building and remodeling of some of their present buildings. The church acquired an old Dole fruit factory and so the buildings are pretty outdated and in need of repair. We hope to assist them in this project and do whatever we can to further their efforts in reaching the people of their cities and communities with the Gospel of Christ. As the Lord allows this project could possibly lead to many more in the coming months and years in Honduras.
Casa Bernabe is located in Guatemala City, Guatemala. It is the home for 200 orphaned and abandoned children ranging from just hours old, to 18yrs old. These children are shown the love of Christ by wonderful house parents, a caring staff, and by volunteer work teams that come and assist whenever possible. SOM is looking at a partnership with Casa Bernabe on many upcoming projects. Be sure to stay in touch with SOM and with our Project List to find out more details and trip information.
We will be assisting Tech with the remodeling and expansion of their ministry headquarters in Texas. Missionary Tech Team serves other missions agencies as well as other churches and organizations coordinating and achieving their technical projects (i.e. building programs, outreach materials, transportation, support raising, etc). We feel that we are like minded and kindred spirits in the ministries that the Lord has given to us. Phase 1 of the renovation project will include a complete remodeling of a third of their headquarters (electrical, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, etc). We are planning on involving several work teams over a 3 phase remodel. If you would be interested just let us know.
Cottage Cove - Nashville, TN
"Come spend a week in missions to Nashville's inner-city children. Not only will you put your love in action you will be challenged to dig deep into God's Word." This is an amazing ministry that is bringing Christ's light to inner city Nashville. Through a daily program, children learn and memorize scripture and are challenged to break free from the chains of their surroundings to pursue excellence in their daily living. This fall we will be helping Cottage Cove with a major roofing project and other maintenance needs. Past Projects
We will be assisting Camp Barakel on plumbing, electrical, and roofing projects. This is also going to be an opportunity for our team to participate in the Fall Men’s Retreat that Barakel hosts every year. We are so blessed to partner with such wonderful ministries as these!
